Welcome to  And Then She Did LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at www.AndThenSheDid.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site

6. E-commerce Terms

6.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Our trip itineraries may be modified at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and availability of products at any time without notice.

6.3 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a trip from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to space availability, not enough travelers signed up, errors in pricing or product information, or problems with your payment method.

6.4 Trips must have enough travelers/guests sign up in advance to run

Do not book any airfare, travel arrangements, rental cars, or lodging, until we have confirmed your trip has enough guests to run.  You will receive a refund of the deposit or money you have paid And Then She Did LLC if the trip does not run.  You will receive an email notifying you the trip is confirmed, or canceled no less than 45 days before your trip departure date.

6.5 Refunds

Your deposit is non-refundable 48 hours after initial deposit or purchase.  If you need to cancel, you must email sheila@andthenshedid.com and write CANCEL in the subject line.  You will receive your deposit minus $25 processing fee. If you cancel after the first 48 hours after purchase, your deposit is non-refundable.  If you pay in full, your full payment minus the deposit will be refunded up to 60 days prior to trip departure date.  If you cancel within 60 days of trip departure date, your entire payment is non-refundable.   

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card and debit card payments accepted.  By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

7.2 Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You agree to promptly update all billing information to keep your account current.

7.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

7.4 Recurring Payments

If you select a payment plan, or recurring payment option, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the specified amount and frequency until your trip is paid in full.

7.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.  

7.6 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your purchases. Tax rates may vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel a deposit within 48 hours, less $25, our cancellation policy will apply. If you pay in full more than 60 days prior, and choose to cancel more than 60 days before trip, you will receive your payment back, less $500 deposit. If you cancel within 60 days of your trip, your payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you must email sheila@andthenshedid.com and write CANCEL in the subject line.

8. 2 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, subscription, or trip at our sole discretion. If we cancel a trip, we will issue a refund for any amounts you paid And Then She Did LLC for the trip, up to the trip cost.  We will not pay for any travel expenses you’ve incurred.  We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Site Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of And Then She Did LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

9.2 Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Links

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
